The pros will outweigh the cons if you could just force a "reset database" every week on the RFS App. Techs cannot remember to do this on their own. We are looking for automation and it is better to have the App updated weekly than to deal with daily issues after troubleshooting and finding out all they had to do is a reset database to fix their issue. It has been my observation dealing with 130 techs they just do not do it. It is better if they have to wait 3-5 minutes once a week for a full database reset than to have to stop and seek help to get them back on the road.
